Adam was in his school play tonight. He has been so excited about this for weeks and has been practicing his one sentence line OVER and OVER. Every night after he would go to bed, we would hear him practicing in the dark. "Collecting seeds and nuts for days and even weeks"...I have heard that line so many times now, I could say it in my sleep.
Yes, the name of his play was NUTS! A cute little story about woodland animal, trees and nuts...I think...not really sure...the story was a little hard to follow. :)
Adam played the part of one of the the Big Bad Squirrels. He was actually a rapping squirrel (which explains the sunglasses and baseball hat). Very funny.
Adam is usually very shy in situations like this, but I was shocked tonight. He went all out and did his part so well.

Gram drove by herself all the way from Ohio for the big night. Adam was so excited she was there, even though he does not look like it in this picture.
Again, Adam is less than thrilled to be getting his picture taken. He was "so embarrassed" we were taking pictures in front of all his friends. __________________________________
And this picture has nothing to do with this post, but thought I would add it because it is too cute. Check out his fat leg stuck between the bed slats. Colton looks so big in this picture and he is growing up too fast!

That was nice of Mrs. Hogsed to come see Adams play. And SOOO cute hearing Adam practice his line in his bed at night!
That's so funny that Adam took his one line so serious and practiced it so much. I bet you he belted it when it was his turn.
Great picture of you, Adam and Mark. And it was really sweet of his mom to come all the way from OH! Wow!
